My Story

You are currently viewing My Story

My name is Djamila Oinaala, and my journey into health and wellness began from a place of brokenness. Several years ago, I found myself overwhelmed tired, depressed, stressed, fat, lonely, and misunderstood. Despite  growing in the church, being in ministry and church all my life trying various methods I saw little improvement. It wasn’t until a crisis in my life that led me on the path to wholeness that I began to see transformative changes. This personal transformation ignited a passion in me to help other women achieve their health and wellness goals.

A Vision Born from Faith and Experience

As I delved deeper into the Word and  the world of nutrition and fitness, I realised the importance of incorporating spiritual well-being into the equation. My faith played a tuning point in my journey, providing me not only with strength but also with the insight that our bodies are temples that deserve care and respect. This revelation was the cornerstone of Believe at Last. I envisioned a platform where women could come together to learn, grow, and transform, supported by both scientific and biblical principles.

Educating and Empowering Women

With a Bs degree in nutrition and certification in Zumba fitness and a zeal to make a difference, I began to offer consultations and classes. At Believe at last  each program is designed to educate and empower women, helping them to make informed choices about their health and to implement sustainable lifestyle changes.

Looking Forward with Hope
